Red Labs & Action Pods

Where collaboration turns into experiments.

What are Action Pods?

Inside Red Circle, members form Action Pods — small, focused groups solving real problems together. From designing pilots to testing ideas, these labs accelerate change.

Each pod brings together 5-8 members with complementary skills and shared passion for a specific challenge. They work collaboratively to prototype solutions, test them in real-world settings, and scale what works.

The result? Faster innovation, deeper impact, and stronger connections between changemakers across India.

Digital Literacy Pod Impact

"When we started the Digital Literacy Pod, we had a simple goal: make technology accessible to rural students. Six months later, we've created a model that's being replicated across 25 schools."

The pod's collaborative approach brought together educators, technologists, and community leaders to design a comprehensive digital literacy program that works in low-resource settings.

Today, over 1,500 students have gained essential digital skills, and the program has been recognized by the state education department as a model for rural digital education.
